2007 Land Rover Range Rover Sport

The 2007 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is a chance for people who have always wanted a Land Rover but are unable to afford the Range Rover’s hefty price tag to finally get in the game.

The Range Rover Sport costs far less than its big brother, and still offers the same quality and performance expected from the Range Rover brand. The SUV has two different V8 engine options, and all models are equipped with the six speed automatic transmission.

The 2007 Land Rover Range Rover Sport has optional items such as cruise control and a cooler available. The Range Rover Sport is not in fact derived from the Range Rover, although it shares its name, but rather from the Land Rover LR3. It does nicely mold the characteristics of the two however, by offering off road performance and strength, and the handling of a vehicle that won’t feel out of place on a city street.

The 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is an interesting vehicle that split’s the difference between two other vehicles in the Land Rover line. The 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport comes in under the Range Rover, and yet derives much from Land Rovers LR3.

It also comes in between the two in price range, offering a nice alternative. It still maintains much of the off-road capability of a Range Rover. The 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is smaller, sleeker and much better adapted for driving on city streets than a full sized Range Rover.

With the onset of increased urbanization and rising gas prices, the Sport is Range Rover's answer to the consumers needs.

The Range Rover has always provided a nice blend of an elegant, high quality SUV with a rugged, capable off-road vehicle.
